George Draghiceanu, MBA
George is a seasoned senior housing executive with extensive expertise in healthcare management, operations, sales, and marketing across several senior housing organizations. With a proven track record of delivering results, he has managed day-to-day operations for various multi-site communities, acquisitions, and successful start-up developments.
In past roles, George was a National Director of Sales and Marketing, successfully growing multi-state, multi-site occupancy and revenue. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he led a portfolio of 28 communities with over 3,200 units and 1,900 employees. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at a national senior housing company, overseeing all field operations, including sales and marketing, clinical services, revenue growth, business development, acquisitions, and investor relations.
A proud member of the Florida Senior Living Association (FSLA), Alabama Assisted Living Association (ALAA), and Georgia Assisted Living Association (GALA), George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from SUNY College at Oneonta and an Executive MBA from the University of North Alabama.
