Christopher is an experienced construction and development executive with 25 years of expertise in ground-up construction developments, commercial re-purposing and renovations, and staffing organizations management. Recognized for driving business growth through a blend of construction, deal structuring, land development, and operations management, Chris founded a national construction company specializing in senior housing renovations and has developed and built over 10 million square feet of senior housing real estate nationwide.
At Distinctive Living, Chris leads the development process from concept to keys for over one million square feet of independent living, assisted living, and memory care assets. Additionally, he serves as an advisory board member at Homes to Aspire, a residential community for adults on the autism spectrum.
